Required Fields for Cases:
The following fields are used in the portal when publishing accounts. We recommend you make these required fields within the CRM.
5. Login to your SugarCRM/ SuiteCRM dashboard and go to Admin>>Studio>>Cases>>Fields
6. Set the following fields as ‘Required’.
• Account Name
• Assigned To
Fenix Rise Customer Portal is designed to allow you to respond to a ticket with an Estimate. For this, you will need to add the relationship in Studio.
1. Login to your SugarCRM/ SuiteCRM dashboard and go to Admin>>Studio>>Cases>>Relationships
2. Add a Many to Many relationship with AOS Quotes.
3. You are done!
