Managing FAQ Module

FAQs can be displayed in the menu of your portal.  The FAQ module links to Products and is a useful tool for clients and agents.

  1. Login to your WordPress Portal dashboard and go to FAQs >> Add New
  2. Create a Title, Enter Description and check applicable products the FAQ applies to.

NOTE:  This is an optional feature.   If you do not want to have FAQs displayed in your portal, you can simply disable it under FenixRise >> fenixrise >> App Settings.
