Quick Start Guide & Requirements

Its pretty easy to setup this plugin on your website and setup an elegant lightweight ticket system with a lot of awesome features on your WordPress website.

Here’s a step by step quick start guide to get this plugin up and running on your website:

  1. First you need to Install and Verify this product in your SugarCRM/SuiteCRM instance.
  2. Then you need to setup page to run this standalone app on a WordPress page. You can add accounts from the crm and create support categories (products) to filter tickets.
  3. Then you can publish contacts from the CRM and set their user permissions within the Portal.   Assign them accounts and products and manage user access.  You can set up multiple users/ contacts per account
  4. Customize the support app theme colors, Company information and general settings under App Settings.
  5. You can specify a send from email and name and customize email templates  with dynamic variables.

SuiteCRM Compatibility: 7.4 to 7.82

SugarCRM Compatibility: 6.1 to 6.5 CE*

*Must have Sales Agility Advanced Open Sales

 

For online payments you must have a merchant account for one of the following payment gateways:

  • PayPal
  • com and other Authorize.net Gateways
  • InterKassa
  • Stripe
  • 2Checkout

 

NOTE: Currently only Authorize.net has automated recurring billing options.
