Ticketing Setup and Options

All Tickets submitted in the Portal will automatically create Cases in your SugarCRM or SuiteCRM instance.

 

Ticket Visibility

You can choose all new tickets to be marked as public or private within the Portal. To choose default ticket visibility:

  1. Browse to Fenixrise >> fenixrise >> Portal Settings
  2. Scroll down to “Ticket Options”
  3. Choose default ticket visibility
